As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our network infrastructure, ensuring that our systems and services are operating at peak performance. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with various internal departments to identify and resolve technical issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues
- Ensure the security of our network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and system policies
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that network issues are resolved efficiently
- Manage the network inventory and assets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and recommend improvements to our network infrastructure
- Mikrotik or Cisco certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (considered an advantage)
- 3-5 years of experience in network administration (considered an advantage)
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of networking concepts
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices

We are seeking full-time non-exempt Field Service Technicians to join our Field Services Department. As the public face of Cosmos Wireless, you will assist our customers with internet service, installations, or repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Our Field Service Technicians must be tech-savvy, enjoy working in various environments and weather conditions, and communicate effectively with various internal departments to find solutions for our customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of industry certifications as needed (Ex: SBCA, SAS, etc.)
- Current valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to self or others
- Ability to be added to company auto insurance policy
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Must be comfortable working on roofs, at varying heights, and in tight spaces
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
- Must pass a background check
- Installation experience in related field/wireless internet is highly valued
